(iv) analyzing & assessing a client's financial condition and business strategy to determine

growth capital needs as well as debt capacity;

(v) performing due diligence on aquisition targets and / or merger candidates; and

(vi) researching competitors' strengths & weakneses and evaluating industry trends to identify

potential market opportunities & threats.

DLC typically charges $100 - $150 per hour based upon the nature and length of the project. We offer
